• Office Hours between 9:30-6:00 Monday-Sunday  Please call and set an appointment if you need to meet after hours. Our on site manager can often accommodate your schedule.
• Gate Access Hours   Between 6 AM – 10 PM every day of the week.  At 1st Choice Stadium Storage we understand access that’s convenient for you, is important. Because you are so busy during the day, we offer extended access hours.
• Security
  A) State of the art surveillance cameras and recording system  Security is a top priority for 1st Choice Stadium Storage and its customers. Our comprehensive surveillance measures include 24-hour color surveillance cameras with night-vision that are digitally recorded, automatic lighting in all hallways, and additional outdoor lighting in public access areas.
  B) Electronic Security Gate Our facilities provide the added security of automatic gates, allowing only those with the code to enter. All entries are recorded and logged so that our on-site managers know who has visited the facility.
• Temperature Controlled Units  To protect your valuables from extreme changes in temperatures, indoor tempurature controlled units are available. These units are accessible through wide, well-lit hallways. No elevators or long corridors. The temperature is maintained between 50 and 80 degrees year-round by using air conditioning or heating, depending on the time of the year. Interior Units allow you the convenience to access and organize your belongings inside, so you do not have to deal with the outside elements. 
• Single Story Drive-up Access   To make moving easy and fast! Outdoor storage units are accessible directly from the extra wide drive aisles, so you can simply drive up and unload. Our perimeter Drive Aisles are built very wide, to make it easier for you to move your belongings in and out of our storage, even with a trailer.
• Architecturally Designed  The facility has been accented to aesthetically blend into the neighborhood, so that our customers are proud to have our facility as a neighbor.
• Credit Cards Accepted  1st Choice Stadium Storage accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We provide you with a monthly invoice, or even have your credit card billed automatically each month. We offer month-to-month leases, so you’re never tied down to a long-term contract. If you would like to rent storage for a longer period of time, we offer special discounts for long-term leases
• Deliveries Accepted   To our corporate clients, we offer Courtesy Package Acceptance to receive incoming deliveries from reputable shippers directly to your unit.
• Moving Carts Provided  Feel free to use our large four-wheel moving carts to help load/unload your belongings into your unit.
• Private Locks  Use your lock, and keep the keys! You are the only person who will have access to your unit when you lock it.
• Boxes and Packing Supplies  From boxes to packing tape 1st Choice Stadium Storage has the supplies you need at great prices.
